Patients are offered the opportunity to arrange for a brief initial virtual consultation via phone or Skype (with or without camera, however the camera is suggested) upon completion of the Contact Form below at no charge. If after the initial meeting, both the patient and Dr. Fodor agree that a longer consultation is necessary, the fee will be 50% off the regular in-office consultation rate ($100 virtual consultation fee).

Consultations are 30 minutes.
